Reseller Rules

Never sell below our listed price. Our public store price is the floor for every product and every duration. You are free to sell above it, but undercutting PureDMA — or advertising a price below ours, in any currency, bundle, or private deal — is not allowed.

Your reseller discount is your margin, not a discount to pass on. Currency conversion is your responsibility: if exchange rates move, adjust your prices to stay at or above our listing.

When we run a sale, you may run the same sale — same percentage off, same products, same window. Once our sale ends, your pricing goes back to the normal floor.

Want to run your own sale outside those windows? Just ask. Message us with the discount, the products, and the dates, and we'll almost always say yes. What's not okay is discounting first and telling us after.

Keys you buy are yours to sell to end users. Do not resell to other resellers, resell keys back into our own community, or split and rebrand PureDMA as your own product.

Every key you sell is tied to your account. If keys you generated end up leaked, mass refunded, or distributed for free, that lands on you.

Be accurate. Do not promise undetected status, guaranteed uptime, ban protection, refunds, or features that do not exist. If you are not sure whether something is true, ask us before you put it in an ad.

Do not claim to be PureDMA, PureDMA staff, or an official support channel. You are an authorized reseller — say that.

You handle first-line support for anyone who buys from you: purchase issues, delivery, and basic setup questions. Escalate real software problems to us.

Our Terms of Service apply to your customers too, including the no-refunds policy. Do not promise them anything we do not offer.

This one covers everything the rules above missed. Use judgment. Specifically:

• No scamming, no fake stock, no taking money you can't fulfill.
• No chargebacks, no payment fraud, no laundering through your store.
• No leaking builds, loaders, internal channels, or anything we share with resellers.
• No drama, harassment, or trash-talking other resellers or customers in public.
• No advertising in places that get us — or you — taken down.
• No selling to anyone you know is going to resell it against these rules.

If you have to wonder whether something breaks this rule, that is your answer. Ask first.

Break a rule and, depending on how bad it is, we may warn you, cut your discount, pause your account, or terminate you and revoke unsold keys. Fraud, leaks, and scamming are immediate termination — no warning.

We can update these rules at any time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect them.
