Terms of Service

By accessing https://www.puredma.com, purchasing a license, downloading our loader, or using any PureDMA software ("Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

PureDMA sells time-limited software licenses and related tools for use with compatible hardware setups (including DMA devices where applicable). We provide access to Software and support through our website, loader, and community channels.

We do not sell, license, or distribute any video game software, game accounts, or in-game items. You are responsible for obtaining and using games and hardware lawfully on your own systems.

PureDMA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, developer, or platform operator. All game names, trademarks, and related assets are the property of their respective owners.

Our Software is independent third-party tooling. We do not claim any rights in third-party games or services, and nothing in these Terms grants you rights to any third-party intellectual property.

You are solely responsible for how you use our Software. Many games and platforms prohibit certain tools, modifications, or external software in their terms of service, end-user license agreements (EULAs), or community rules.

By using PureDMA, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed and accept responsibility for complying with all applicable game, platform, and hardware terms.
• Use of our Software may violate third-party agreements and may result in penalties including account suspension or permanent bans.
• You use our Software entirely at your own risk.
• You will not hold PureDMA responsible for actions taken by third parties, including game publishers or anti-cheat providers.

When you purchase a valid license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for the purchased duration and product, subject to these Terms.

Licenses are bound to the hardware identifier (HWID) activated on first use unless we approve a reset at our discretion. Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or circulating license keys is prohibited.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass our licensing or security systems.
• Share, leak, or redistribute our Software, loader builds, or license keys.
• Use our services for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with PureDMA or with any game publisher.
• Chargeback or dispute valid payments in bad faith.

We may suspend or terminate licenses, ban HWIDs, or refuse service for violations, suspected fraud, or abuse.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including for change of mind, unused time, detection status changes, game updates, hardware issues, or account actions taken by third parties.

If you experience a legitimate technical problem with our Software or your license, contact us through our official Discord or support channels. At our discretion, we may extend license time, reset HWID binding, provide a replacement key, or apply other fixes — but we are not obligated to do so and this does not create a refund entitlement.

Payment disputes and chargebacks may result in immediate license revocation and permanent ban from our services.

THE SOFTWARE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that the Software will be undetected, error-free, compatible with every system, or suitable for your intended use. Detection status, game compatibility, and uptime may change at any time without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PUREDMA AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, GAME ACCOUNTS, IN-GAME PROGRESS, HARDWARE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM: USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE; GAME BANS OR ACCOUNT TERMINATIONS; ANTI-CHEAT OR PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT; HARDWARE MALFUNCTION; SECURITY INCIDENTS; OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR SYSTEMS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PUREDMA FOR THE SPECIFIC LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PureDMA from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or agreements.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including Terms violations, payment issues, or security concerns. Upon termination, your license ends immediately and you must stop using the Software.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
