The fastest way to reach us is through our official Discord community — open it from the navigation bar on any page. For order issues, include your invoice ID and purchase email.

Activating your license

  1. Download the loader from the Loader page.
  2. Enter your license key and activate once on the machine you will use.
  3. Your license binds to that hardware (HWID) on first activation and the timer starts.

License key not received

Check your email (including spam) for the order confirmation from checkout. You can also view your license on the invoice page linked in that email. If nothing arrived within a few minutes, contact us on Discord with your payment email and invoice ID before opening a payment dispute.

HWID reset

Licenses are bound to one machine after activation. If you legitimately changed hardware or reinstalled your system, contact support on Discord with your license key and invoice ID. HWID resets are handled case-by-case at our discretion — one reset per license is typical when approved.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you have a technical problem with our software or your license, we will work with you to fix it — time extensions, HWID resets, or replacement keys when appropriate. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Common errors

  • License not found — double-check the key from your invoice. No extra spaces.
  • HWID mismatch — key is active on another machine. Request an HWID reset if you changed PCs.
  • Expired / frozen / banned — contact support if you believe this is an error. Tampering with the loader can result in a permanent ban.
