Slow download
Loader downloads are served through Cloudflare, so a slow download is almost always your ISP throttling or routing the connection poorly — not our servers. Use a wired connection if you can, pause other downloads and streams, then try again. If it stays slow, turn on Cloudflare WARP or a VPN (below) to reroute the connection.
Stuck download
If your download bar is stuck or frozen, network blocking or connection issues are usually the cause. Grab Cloudflare WARP (recommended) or a free VPN, then follow the steps:
- Close the loader completely.
- Turn on Cloudflare WARP or your VPN.
- Open the loader back up, log in, and click download again.
Once connected to Cloudflare WARP or your VPN, your download will start working normally.
