If the loader shows one of these popups, here is what it means and how to fix it. Copy the exact message if you need to open a ticket.
License and keys
License not found / Invalid key
The key was mistyped or does not exist. Copy it straight from your invoice or order email — keys are case-sensitive and include the dashes. If it still fails, make sure you are using the key for the right product.
License expired
Your subscription time has run out. Renew or buy a new key from the product page, then enter the new key in the loader.
License not activated / Already activated
The key has not been activated yet, or the last activation did not finish. Click Activate once on the PC you will actually use. "Already activated" means it is bound and ready — just log in and launch.
License is frozen
The timer is paused — either you froze it yourself or it is a paused free-access key. Unfreeze it from your license self-service and log in again. Frozen keys do not lose time while paused.
License banned / License disabled
The key was disabled, usually for a chargeback, key sharing, or a rules violation. Any reason set by staff is shown in the popup. Open a ticket with your invoice ID if you think it is a mistake.
Test key limit reached
Test keys are limited to two per product, per PC, every 30 days. Wait until the oldest use is 30 days old, or use a paid key.
HWID and blocks
HWID mismatch / "This license is bound to another PC"
The key is locked to a different PC (its hardware ID). Each key activates on one machine. If you changed hardware or reinstalled Windows, open the loader on the new PC and use Settings → Reset HWID — you can self-reset a limited number of times without opening a ticket. If you've run out of resets, contact support with your invoice ID.
[PD-PC] This PC is blocked by PureDMA
A hardware ban on this machine (not a Cloudflare or firewall block). The ban was issued by us — the message says so explicitly. Open a ticket with your invoice ID if you believe it was a mistake. A VPN will not help since it's the HWID, not the IP.
[PD-IP] This network is blocked by PureDMA
An IP-level ban from our side on the network you're currently on. Try another network (mobile hotspot, different Wi-Fi). If the ban is wrong, open a ticket. Also not a Cloudflare issue.
HWID banned / Access denied
This machine or network is blocked. If you believe this is wrong, contact support with your invoice ID.
Connection and updates
[CF] Cloudflare blocked this connection
Cloudflare — not PureDMA — refused the connection, usually because the network looks suspicious to it (shared VPN exit, data-center IP, Tor). Switch network or try Cloudflare WARP / another VPN. This is never a ban from us.
[NET] Secure connection blocked or intercepted
A firewall, ISP, or GFW is intercepting the HTTPS connection to PureDMA (TLS pinning fails). Common on corporate, school, or heavily filtered networks, and in some regions. Use Cloudflare WARP or a VPN.
Loader outdated
Your loader build is no longer accepted. Close it and download the latest loader again from the Loader page — old or re-uploaded builds are always rejected.
Rate limited / Too many attempts
Too many login or activation attempts in a short time. Wait a minute, then try again once — repeatedly clicking makes it worse.
